Josh's request for his birthday was RockBeef.com, so this is my version of it, where we can share all the ridiculous things we talk about, namely our work outs that morning, what we had for lunch, what we're planning for dinner, who found the day's hottest current event story first, stupid [insert random you tube video here] we just saw, next awesome vacation, [insert random celebrity gossip here].
